This original 1950s beachfront home was totally
refurbished in February 2009 and has
an interesting history: In the late 1940s, not
many people knew about our beautiful area.
Among our early settlers was the Jones family from
Camden, Alabama. Mr. Jones had Eric Allen build this
cottage for his wife and two daughters. Allen was
the developer for all of the Dune Allen area and gave
it his name. This home is the last remaining home that
Eric built.
With its amazing view and charm, we know you'll come
to think of this place as your summer home! And YES,
you can even bring your pet for an additional non-refundable
fee of $50.
